Mi Barrio Mi Sueño is a foundation that supports children, women, and families in disadvantaged neighborhoods in Medellín, Colombia. Their goal is to create more opportunities and provide a safe environment where people can learn, grow, and build a better future. They organize different activities, such as English lessons, creative activities, and boxing classes for girls and women. These activities help people develop new skills, gain confidence, and become more independent.

Another important initiative is the Madres del Barrio project. In this project, single mothers from disadvantaged neighborhoods in Medellín make handmade jewelry, such as bracelets. These products are sold to support the mothers and their families, including through sales in the Netherlands. This gives the women an opportunity to earn an income using their own skills and work towards a more stable future.

Mi Barrio Mi Sueño also supports families with basic necessities when needed. Through all these different projects, the foundation aims to reduce inequality and create better opportunities for the local community.

As an ambassador for Mi Barrio Mi Sueño, I hope I can contribute by selling their handmade jewelry and raising awareness about the foundation. I also hope to attend different events where I can share their story, explain the work they do, and encourage more people to support their projects.
